1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the LaundryPro platform operated by Web Amplifier. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
2. Platform Services
Our platform provides cloud-based laundry management tools including POS billing, order management, driver assignment, product/service configuration, reporting tools, and multi-store management features.
3. Multi-Vendor Responsibility
Each vendor/store operates independently. Web Amplifier provides software infrastructure only and is not responsible for disputes between vendors and customers.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate business information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- All activities under your account are your responsibility.
5. Subscription & Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly.
- Free trial may be offered without credit card requirement.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Attempt system hacking or reverse engineering
- Upload harmful content or malware
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, and system architecture remain the property of Web Amplifier.
8. Limitation of Liability
Web Amplifier shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or disputes arising between vendors and customers.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
